In the area of penal reform, an assessment mission to Ethiopia was conducted and project development is ongoing.

Delegations welcomed the efforts under way to implement results based budgeting (RBB).

The efforts being made in that important area must be ongoing.

Such models are being tested successfully in Burkina Faso and in Mozambique.
