About 42 per cent work less than 6 hours a week 38 per cent work between 6 and 10 hours a week about 15 per cent work between 11 and 15 hours a week and about 6 per cent work more than 16 hours a week.

67. Amendments to the Labour Code of 1992 provide for the normal working day to be 8 hours in a 40 hour five day working week.

179. Under the provisions in force, minors may not work more than 6 hours a day or 36 hours per week.
