The annex contains a list of all related outputs.

The Secretary General wishes to recall the relevant resolutions pertaining to the review of the agenda, namely, annex I to resolution 48 264, the annex to resolution 51 241, the annex to resolution 55 285, and paragraphs 2 and 4 of the annex to resolution 58 316.

An advance copy of decision 2005 116 is attached for ease of reference (see annex I) with all relevant information regarding the programme budget implications of the draft decision (see annex II).

The annex to this document lists the national networks of observation stations relating to systematic observation.

405. Five annexes supplement the Protocol. Annex I concerns environmental impact assessment annex II, conservation of Antarctic fauna and flora and annex III, waste disposal and waste management.

In fulfilment of Rule 20 of the aforementioned Rules of Procedure, an explanatory memorandum on the nature and description of the organization (see annex I) and the relevant draft resolution (see annex II) are annexed to this letter.

In each of the countries visited, an electronic monitoring system with respective software is in place.

However, as clearly stated in the chapeau of the understandings, the purpose of the annex was to set out understandings relating only to the provisions concerned.

The Secretary General wishes to recall the relevant resolutions and decisions dealing with guidelines for the allocation of items, namely, decision 34 401 (A 520 Rev.15, annex VI), resolution 39 88 B, resolution 45 45 (A 520 Rev.15 and Amend.1, annexes VII and VIII), annex I to resolution 48 264 and the annex to resolution 51 241.

The letters should emphasize the benefits of participating in the Inter Agency Meeting and include relevant reference materials.

Annexes I and II to the performance report provide a breakdown of the approved appropriation and the related expenditures by office department and by budget line, as well as supplementary information on variances in expenditures.

6. Statistical information on losses is contained in annexes I IV to the present report.

For seven chemicals, none of the notifications had met all the criteria in Annex II of the Convention.

The present annex presents the requested information, including relevant background information on how the facility has developed.

The relevant communication concerning that nomination was shown in the annex to document IDB.30 5 PBC.21 5, together with communications relevant to other candidates whose nominations had been received as of 21 February 2005.
