This estimate covers the costs of rental of premises ( 1,910) and the rental of a vehicle maintenance garage in Tiberias ( 8,100).

The increased requirement under the regular budget relates to travel of representatives and cost of rental of premises for the Fund.

The principal amount plus interest of 489,327 was transferred from rental income under income section II of the United Nations regular budget to repay the loan.

For 2006 2007, the proposed regular support budget reflects an increase of 10.2 per cent a budget reduction in real terms with increases related to mandatory International Civil Service Commission (ICSC) salary scale increases, rate increases in rent, post reclassifications and salary inflation as well as other operating costs.

The cost estimates provide for the rental of the following forklifts (a) one 13 ton forklift at 350 per day for 21 days ( 7,400) (b) one 23.5 ton forklift at 500 per day for 35 days ( 17,500) and (c) one 36 ton forklift at 100 an hour for 25 hours ( 2,500).

Four special budgets were established in the state social insurance budget the state pension special budget, the employment special budget, the special budget for accidents at work and special budget of sickness, disability and maternity.
