The group agreed that a presentation would be made at the informal LDC Fund consultations prior to SBI 22 and that feedback from these consultations and from SBI 22 would be used to finalize the document as a technical paper (FCCC TP 2005 5).

The report was reviewed and finalized by the Inter Agency Meeting at its twenty fifth session, held in Vienna from 31 January to 2 February 2005.
