The Court is closely involved in cooperation among national supreme audit institutions and is a member of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) and the Organization of Latin American and Caribbean Supreme Audit Institutions (OLACEFS).

INTOSAI is the professional organization of supreme audit institutions of virtually all member States of the United Nations.

As requested in the resolution, the High Commissioner Centre for Human Rights invited representatives of Governments, organizations of indigenous people, non governmental organizations, United Nations organizations and bodies and the specialized agencies to participate in the workshop.

He currently occupies the post of Secretary General of the European Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (EUROSAI), whose permanent Secretariat is based at the Court of Audit.

Such a framework is provided by the Guidelines for Internal Control Standards approved by the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI).

In order to remedy this situation it is recommended that the Commission on Human Rights should request the High Commissioner to convene a high level meeting over a period of two days between senior representatives of the key specialized agencies and other bodies (including ILO, WHO, FAO, UNESCO, UNICEF, UNHCR, UNDP, UNFPA and the World Bank), senior staff of the Centre and the chairpersons of the six treaty bodies.

OHCHR worked together with United Nations bodies, specialized agencies, and international and regional intergovernmental organizations.

Finally, the Centre can offer qualified advice to governmental and non governmental bodies and to national and international institutions and organizations.

Additionally, FAO is the technical executing agency of the project for regional development of the Highlands of Fouta Djallon.

As a result, the quality of textiles and of hides and skins had improved significantly and a large number of jobs had been created.
