Ms. Ferrer Gómez asked whether an evaluation had been made of the National Gender Equity Plan and, if so, what were the findings.

The review session on the substantive theme, held two years after the adoption of the agreed conclusions, would assess progress in the implementation of the recommendations in the agreed conclusions.

The trafficking and smuggling situation in the Middle East and North African region is being assessed and the results will be discussed at a regional conference.

The board of directors of the listed company shall give explicit opinions regarding the independence of the evaluation organ, the rationality of the evaluation assumptions, the correlation between the evaluation methods and the evaluation purpose, and the fairness of the evaluated price.

Gender analysis was also incorporated in the highest proportion of poverty assessments in 2004.

The first few years apos findings were evaluated in a survey whose results were presented in 1990.

It was concluded that those at greatest risk are workers who handle asbestos fibres for various uses.

In its response, the Government supports the evaluators' conclusion that it is too early to be able to conclude what the true effects of the legislative changes are.

The Workshop agreed to recommend to the General Assembly, for its consideration on how to proceed with the Assessment of Assessments , the conclusions of the Chairman contained in the annex to the report of the Workshop (A 60 91).

As such, they are useful in considering other dimensions of capacity development and assessment.

Since the aim was enhanced coherence, they should be coordinated across the system with a view to producing joint evaluations of subprogrammes and country programmes and reporting on their findings and the lessons learned.
