19. Similarly, IAPSO remains more a United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) entity than an inter agency procurement facility since it is not used as such by the United Nations procurement system.

UNDP Inter Agency Procurement Services Office (IAPSO) already has an advanced e procurement platform.
