The Monitoring, Evaluation and Consulting Division comprises the Evaluation Section, the Monitoring and Inspection Section and the internal Management Consulting Section.

The design of studies and evaluations will be strengthened through wider review of terms of reference and selection of high quality consultants.

General Assembly resolutions and decisions

The representative of FICSA stated that the proposed 360 degree evaluation should be completely transparent and enquired about plans for identifying external clients.

The Committee s review of the functions of posts in the Service shows that its staff resources need to be further evaluated.
