Inheritance Rights are a set of legal rules that deal with the regimen of transmission of assets of single individuals, or either, a set of rules regulating how the assets that belonged to a deceased person should be transmitted to third parties.

And you devour (others') inheritance greedily,

And you readily devour the inheritance with greed.

Legacy issues

In 2007, the World Heritage Convention listed the Lavaux terrace vineyard as a world cultural heritage.

(i) Acknowledge the fact that indigenous peoples view substantial parts of their cultural heritage to be collective in nature

Obviously, if the application for World Heritage is viewed from the economic perspective, a heritage will be taken as a golden bowl , while its future will look grim no matter how good it is now.

This includes both the cultural heritage of indigenous peoples residing within the Statee borders, as well as elements of cultural heritage that originate from indigenous peoples residing outside State borders.

Shennongjia stands out as the 50th World Heritage of our country, and China has become the second biggest country in terms of the number of World Heritage it secures. We shall strive to make the 50 World Heritages glow and pass them on to the future generations.

Outer space is the heritage of all mankind.

(k) Acknowledge that many indigenous peoples do not seek protection for their cultural heritage in order to commercialize it, but rather to prevent outsiders from exploiting it

Welcoming the ratification of the Convention for the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage by one hundred and seventy six States parties, and noting the inscription of seven hundred and fifty four sites on the World Heritage List,

That's our cultural inheritance.

It's protecting five World Heritage sites.

Men have a share in what the parents and relatives leave behind at death and women have a share in what the parents and relatives leave behind. Be it large or small a legal share is fixed.

There are many past experiences to learn from at home and abroad for instance, six World Heritage sites in China received yellow card warning at the Session of the World Heritage Committee held in 2010 mainly due to the change of ecological environment after overexploitation.

For men is a share from what the parents and near relatives leave behind, and for women is a share from what the parents and near relatives leave behind, whether the wealth (inheritance) is small or large the share is a fixed one.

To the men a share of what parents and kinsmen leave, and to the women a share of what parents and kinsmen leave, whether it be little or much, a share apportioned

Unto males shall be a portion of that which their parents and others near of kin may leave and unto females shall be a portion of that which their parents and other near of kin may leave, whether it be small or large, a portion allotted.

There is a share for men and a share for women from what is left by parents and those nearest related, whether, the property be small or large a legal share.

Men receive a share of what their parents and relatives leave, and women receive a share of what their parents and relatives leave be it little or much a legal share.

Just as there is a share for men in what their parents and kinsfolk leave behind, so there is a share for women in what their parents and kinsfolk leave behind be it little or much a share ordained (by Allah).

Unto the men (of a family) belongeth a share of that which parents and near kindred leave, and unto the women a share of that which parents and near kindred leave, whether it be little or much a legal share.

Men have a share in the heritage left by parents and near relatives, and women have a share in the heritage left by parents and near relatives, whether it be little or much, a share ordained by Allah .

Men shall have a share in what their parents and kinsmen leave, and women shall have a share in what their parents and kinsmen leave, whether it is little or abundant, it is an obligated share.
