The October 1995 meeting of the Council of Ministers produced the following programme

Ministers agreed to carry the Conference forward in a biennial series of ministerial meetings to be convened in Nairobi on the occasion of the biennial sessions of the Governing Council of UN Habitat.

On 22 September, the Security Council met at ministerial level to consider civilian aspects of conflict management and peacebuilding.

Proposals of the roundtables were sent to all political factions of the Parliament, the Parliament's Constitutional, Social Affairs and Legal Affairs Committees, the Bureau of the Minister of Population Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Social Affairs, a number local government councils and NGOs.

The Council Forum will have before it the report of the Executive Director on outcomes of major intergovernmental meetings of relevance to the Governing Council Global Ministerial Environment Forum (UNEP GCSS.IX 8).

There was no consensus among Foreign Ministers of OSCE States at the conclusion of the last two Ministerial Council meetings.

I have just arrived from Paris where I participated in the Ministerial Council Meeting of the OECD.

The Supreme Council considered developments in the process of cooperation in security, military, economic, social and information fields since the eighteenth session and studied the reports and recommendations submitted by the Ministerial Council.

The ninth special session of the Governing Council Global Ministerial Environment Forum of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) will be opened by the President of the Governing Council elected at its twenty third session, or, in his absence, by one of the other officers of the Council Forum at its twenty third session.

This draft text was adopted by the Secretary General of the Government and was to be submitted to the Council of Ministers of Justice, Labour and Social Affairs for signature before being examined by the Council of Ministers for approval.
