OIOS noted the valuable lessons learned studies prepared in missions on civil military coordination and quick impact projects and the development of an informal network among various mission coordinators of quick impact projects who exchange information and best practices horizontally.

Regional Project Managers Coordinators do not report through Resident Representatives in the countries that host their programmes.

4. The Joint Commission confirmed the Subcommittee s recommendation on harmonization of licence terms and conditions and approved a list of items where harmonization between the two licensing regimes is necessary and a separate list of items where harmonization is not necessary.
