Draft resolution II, entitled Programme budget for the biennium 2004 2005 , was divided into three sections, A, B and C, relating to revised budget appropriations for the biennium 2004 2005, revised income estimates for the biennium 2004 2005 and financing of the appropriations for the year 2005, respectively.

The revised budget for the biennium 1996 1997 for headquarters amounts to 17,196,800, compared with the approved initial budget for the biennium 1996 1997 of 16,650,800.
