2. The budget estimates take into account real resource increases for staff and non staff resources.

In the Secretariat, women from those regions also account for the highest proportion of women staff compared to men.

The system will address the concerns of staff members and their families, by allowing the Department to monitor and account for the presence and location of staff wherever they may travel.

The incumbent will also be responsible to process all MIP claims and pension computations and schedules, create staff member data in Sun system and PROGEN, monitor all staff account payables and receivables on a monthly basis and institute recovery action from staff members who are slow to make payments.
