6. The duration of the project, including information about each phase of the project.

The Subcommittee examined the regional follow up to the first phase of the World Summit on the Information Society and the preparations for the second phase.

Observation during this phase, a dynamic system for managing the information collected will be devised in close association with the activities planned for the following phase.

Information exchange and coordination mechanisms established during the emergency phase must be maintained and enhanced.

Aware of the importance of the second phase of the World Summit on the Information Society,

The working group conducted its information gathering phase during the first six months of the year.

The phase by phase approach was still viable and if the General Assembly decided to pursue it, the Secretariat would provide more information when it reported to the Committee.

ASEAN had been particularly encouraged to note the collective interest in defining a shared vision of the information age displayed during the first phase of the World Summit on the Information Society, and looked forward to the second phase of the Summit.

2. Failure during the construction phase and during the operational phase

The first phase of collaborative arrangements covers a wide range of topics, such as information sharing, complementarity of work and joint activities.

The second phase of the World Summit on the Information Society will be held in Tunis from 16 to 18 November 2005.

The end result of this phase would include a quantification of the views and information on the current performance of the sectors.

The outcomes of the first phase of the World Summit on the Information Society, held in Geneva from 10 to 12 December 2003,

The first phase of this collaborative arrangement covers a wide range of topics, such as information sharing complementarity of work and joint activities.

In the first phase, a collection of existing data will proceed and special aspects on which further information is required will be identified.

In Phase II and Phase III, complete the site survey of four hydrophone stations and five T phase stations the upgrading of two hydrophone stations and one T phase station and the installation of one hydrophone station and three T phase stations.
