That is clearly evident in the second chapter of the report, entitled Background .

The second chapter of that document addresses the issue of organ and tissue transplantations.

20. General comments on the proposed programme budget were to be found in the second part of chapter I. Chapter II contained extensive comments and recommendations.

The fourth period report updates the second and third reports and comprises five chapters. Chapter I describes the Dominican Republic apos s sociodemographic context.

This chapter is taken from document CMW C L.1 and embodies amendments adopted by the Committee at its second (April 2005) session.

Chapter II covers the country apos s socioeconomic situation in Chapter III we outline the Government apos s new policies Chapter IV analyses progress and obstacles in implementing each chapter of the Convention Chapter V contains the bibliography and Chapter VI the annexes.

Chapter IV is the fundamental rights chapter in the 1979 Constitution.

Chapter V refers to Agency activities and operations in Jordan chapter VI deals with Lebanon and chapter VII with the Syrian Arab Republic. Chapter VIII relates to the West Bank and chapter IX to the Gaza Strip.

Chapter V provides information on UNRWA programmes and operations in Jordan, while chapter VI deals with Lebanon, chapter VII with the Syrian Arab Republic, chapter VIII with the West Bank and chapter IX with the Gaza Strip.

Chapter IV explores options for addressing the challenge arising from currency fluctuation and contains a proposal for consideration by the SBI at its twenty second session.

Hence, if that chapter were eventually taken up for consideration, it would be wise to think about how the Second Committee might be involved in the work.

59. The representative of the United States pointed out the important connection between the text of the second paragraph of chapter IV and the issue of child sex tourism.

Chapter VIII of the report dealt with the topic Expulsion of aliens , which was the second of the two new topics taken up by the Commission in the current year.
