With the issuance of this corrigendum, the records of the above mentioned meetings are to be considered final.

Many are now dated 90 were submitted in 2003 43 in 2004, and only seven in 2005.

We call on all States who have not submitted their national reports to do so as soon as possible.

Since then the different Special Rapporteurs have submitted 19 reports to the Commission and 10 reports to the General Assembly, together with a total of 18 addenda.

According to the Anti Money Laundering Act B.E. 2542 (1999), there are 3 kinds of financial transactions that financial institutions have the legal obligation to report to the Anti Money Laundering Office (AMLO), namely 1) cash transaction reports, 2) properties transaction reports and 3) suspicious transaction reports.

The Committee welcomes the submission of the State party's initial report, which follows the guidelines for reporting, but regrets that it was submitted more than 10 years late.

They include 191 first reports from Member States, 166 second reports from Member States, 127 third reports from Member States, 94 fourth reports from Member States and 14 fifth reports from Member States.

The Committee had received 551 reports from Member States and other entities by 31 December 2004. That included the first reports from 191 Member States and six reports from other entities, 160 second reports from Member States and two reports from other entities, 119 third reports from Member States and one report from another entity, and 72 fourth reports from Member States.
