The study is to be followed by a subregional seminar on the application of concepts and designs which have the potential of increasing the flow of, and improving access to, commercially viable information.

The second International Workshop agreed to recommend to the General Assembly, for its consideration on how to proceed with the Assessment of Assessments , the conclusions of the Chairman (see annex), which reflect the deliberations of the Workshop.

This year's session of the First Committee should provide the opportunity for a discussion on how to reactivate disarmament.

Following endorsement of the project by the PA Ministry of Supply, consultations are under way with regard to the possible holding of the seminar and other project activities.
