In the implementation of the Hyogo Framework, a particularly crucial role is assigned to the national level stakeholders.

The Framework which was completed in June 2005 will be submitted to relevant partners and stakeholders.

The Social Forum welcomes the Property Reduction Strategy review as a means to strengthen the accountability framework between domestic stakeholders.

They also examined the practicalities of implementing e tourism tools in a private public partnership framework involving all the stakeholders of the tourism industry.

Elaboration of the relevant legal framework

These include multilateral agencies, civil society, national stakeholders and the donor community.

This should be a major area for multi stakeholder dialogue in the context of the Monterrey process.

And stakeholders with specific trade offs will try to influence the decision.

Other stakeholders apos participation

The resulting framework of policy and direction would provide a clearer basis for the secretariat and the Strategy stakeholders to implement the Hyogo Framework.

In this spirit, we encourage stakeholders to continue dialogue through a truly collaborative framework to improve the relevance, effectiveness and responsiveness of humanitarian action.

With regard to promoting multi stakeholder involvement, the Subcommittee emphasized the need for the development of regulatory and legal frameworks in support of private sector participation, and noted the need for analysing the linkages between private sector involvement and regulatory frameworks.

C. Civil society and other stakeholders

The contribution of all stakeholders is of the utmost importance.

These countries differ in terms of the relative size of their indigenous and tribal populations, the legal recognition of their rights and the related institutional and policy frameworks.

Over the next three years framework indicators on the economic situation of women would be developed in consultation between the Ministry of Women, Community and Social Development and stakeholders with a view to developing a framework of indicators which would draw on the provisions of the Convention and help evaluate the impact of economic development on women.

To realize the multi stakeholder approach, it was essential that all relevant stakeholders participate in each of the consultations.

In particular, the codes emphasize the need for enterprises to address the interests of a range of stakeholders in order to promote the long term sustainability of the enterprise.

UNAIDS, together with a broad range of stakeholders, will develop a scorecard style accountability tool for measurement of national stakeholders' participation in the AIDS response and international partner alignment to the national AIDS action framework.

Encourages the Mauritanian authorities and other stakeholders to continue to work together for the swift return to constitutional order, to pursue and to enhance dialogue and consultation between all the stakeholders and to consolidate democracy and the rule of law, within the context of the unity and sovereignty of Mauritania

There is growing interest in the possibility that strategic frameworks may be developed, in which political, human rights, humanitarian and development actors work out an integrated planning approach covering all sectors of activity.

At the second meeting in March 2005, the participants began to define a common framework for collaboration, in which the skills of all the agencies involved can be harnessed and collectively applied.
