(a) Provide technical backstopping to National Action Programme (NAP) Sub regional Action Programme (SRAP) process

To define their objectives in a manner that addresses regional priorities, regional and subregional centres could develop work plans based on the results of national implementation plans in their respective regions.

The national territory is divided, for administrative purposes, into departments, autonomous regions of the Atlantic coast, and municipalities.

The plan should also have flexibility for addressing regional and subregional issues.
