And what SOPA and PIPA want to do is they want to do this.

I dreamed of it, and that's all I dreamed of.

And I think there you go.

Because this is what we want. This is what we want.

And I think that's sort of the point of Improv Everywhere.

It's too painful. You don't want to think about it.

Yes, so that's the idea.

So this is that story.

And this is what it's all about.

So that was the core idea.

That's what I wanted to do.

This is what I want.

That's what I want.

And so one of the things that I think we're learning if you think about, like, Wikipedia, it's something that was simply impossible.

It's a thought. Just a thought.

I'm going, OK, you know. Fine.

This is my big vision.

That's essentially what meditation is.

This is what we want.

This is just what I wanted.

That's just what I wanted.

That is just what I wanted.

It's just what I wanted.

It's exactly what I wanted.

This is exactly what I wanted.

I just don't want to marry you.

That's what Tom requested.

So that's what we're trying to do.

We want to say, This is just the way it is.

So I'm thinking How can I do this?

And that's actually what I'd like to talk about today.

I think self discipline is something, it's like a muscle.

That s really my thinking.

Tom just wants my money.

And that, I think, evolutionarily speaking is unique.

It just turns out it's really hard to think of things, but once you've thought of them, it's kind of easy to understand it.

The way I like to put this is one idea. Ideas are meant to be shared, so one idea can serve one world, one market.

And I think that's what I'd like to talk about today.

So this is what I've learned from bread.

So that was the idea behind this.

You just want to cling onto this.

Mind transformation that is the very meaning of meditation.

So that's how the idea came about.
