In terms of the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS), health services include medical and dental services services provided by midwives, nurses, physiotherapists and para medical personnel hospital services and other human health services.

Following the GATS services sectoral classification, distribution services include commission agents' services, wholesale trade services, retailing services, and franchising.

Pursuant to the Law on Forests natural persons shall have rights to access and freely move within a State or a local government forest, unless provided otherwise by legal acts.
