In 2004 WFP launched an NGO strategic partnership as part of its effort to be the best partner possible .

Members of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests have also found the Partnership to be a functional means of efficient cooperation.

The International Criminal Court was born as a child of the United Nations. But now that the Court has grown up, it has become the partner of the United Nations.

And that's what makes them into partners.
