When we focus on ourselves in any activity, we do turn that part of ourselves off if there's another person.

All regions should therefore receive equal attention.

Despite these achievements, there is still cause for concern.

The Committee notes with concern the lack of comprehensive legislation on asylum seekers in the State party.

Although it did not support all the decisions and recommendations made it took note of the information and would follow the debate with interest.

And that attention would help leverage the situation, as well as all of the other sides of it.

And it weights those together into an attention window, and it looks for the highest scoring place the stuff where the most interesting stuff is happening and that is what its eyes then segue to.

We understand that a significant number of member States have security concerns which they believe must be addressed, and we are confident that CD members will take account of those concerns during negotiations in this body.

There are, however, areas that still require attention.

Governments will never gravitate towards crimes of this magnitude naturally or eagerly.

We heed the questioning of some Member States on how great is the need for the international community to focus on that problem.

The Committee is concerned at the absence of any complaints of racial discrimination before the High Court since 1994 and at the fact that no complaint was ever submitted before the Police Complaints Authority.
