The source adds that all the documents in the case file seized from the defendants were declared classified, including cooking recipes and family and other papers.

I should also like to draw the attention of the members of the Council to documents S 2005 13, S 2005 23, S 2005 24, S 2005 25, S 2005 26, which contain letters from the Permanent Representative of Lebanon, and documents S 2005 14 and S 2005 40, containing letters from the Permanent Representative of Israel.

The author of the communication dated 21 June 2002 is Leon R. Rouse, an American citizen who, at the time of the initial submission was detained at Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City in the Philippines.
