For that reason, we fully subscribe to the Africa Action Plan, and will continue to play an active role within the Africa Partnership Forum, in close cooperation with our African partners and the New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD).

The New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) was recognized as a good home made initiative which deserved strong external support.

It is for this reason that my Government welcomed the establishment of the African Peer Review Mechanism under the New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) of the African Union.

The New Partnership for Africa's Development is particularly encouraging.

This office is managed in partnership with the European Space Agency (ESA).
