I've had this checked by the two top consumer credit lawyers in the country.

Among the consumer loans, medium and long term loans dominated by housing loans accounted for about 80 , but short term consumer loans grow faster than medium and long term loans.

Hiromichi Shirakawa, the chief economist at Credit Suisse AG in Tokyo, suggests that the revenue increase from the consumption tax hike will soon begin to evaporate and disappear completely in 5 7 years.
