Provision of 69,700 is made to cover the cost of external audit

Provision of 30,000 is made for landing fees and ground handling charges at an estimated monthly cost of 2,500.

Under the cost sharing arrangements, it is estimated that approximately one half of external audit costs are expended on the audit of administrative operations and one half on investment operations.

Provision is made for the cost of external audit services ( 94,700).

The estimate covers the cost of external audit for the Force ( 53,400).

For calculating cost changes, up to date rates and standard costs are subsequently applied.

Provision is made in the amount of 58,000 for external audit services.

Provision is also made for freight at 15 per cent of the cost of the equipment.

In view of the above, the cost estimate provides for the replacement of 167 vehicles at a cost of 8,254,125, including freight.

Descriptions of non recurrent costs are contained in section B and supplemental information on the cost estimates is provided in section C.

Requirements for banking charges are estimated at 2,500.

Provision is also made for related freight costs at the rate of 15 per cent ( 57,300).

The provision under this heading covers one audit.

Additional provision is made for related freight charges at 15 per cent of the total cost of the vehicles ( 90,000).

Additional requirements of 6,900 resulted from actual requirements being slightly higher than originally estimated.

Actual costs were higher than estimated, resulting in additional requirements of 800.

Provision is made for the emplacement and repatriation travel of eight observers at an average cost of 3,500 per person round trip.

Additional provision of 25,500 is made to cover the cost of diesel fuel based on the rate of 0.25 per litre.

Completion of that programme, estimated to cost over 1 billion, is expected in 2009.
