The LADA project will produce a GLADA.

The World Bank distinguishes between projects which require a full or partial environmental assessment or analysis.

The MDG needs assessments, as well as any other assessments of capacity constraints, should be factored in during the CCA stage.

We can only assess all the accusations currently being made after we have gathered all the information and can assess the situation.
