232. Another region which is working towards the adoption of a Memorandum of Understanding in 1999 is West and Central Africa.

Workshops have taken place in a wide range of countries including Brazil, China, Colombia, Pakistan, Thailand, Ghana, Vietnam, and in sub regions or regions such as Mt.
