13.14 Table 13.3 shows the requirements for the biennium 2006 2007, expressed in Swiss francs, after recosting.

The provision under audit costs reflected a reduction in the costs of both external and internal audit, reflecting the resource levels recommended by the Board of Auditors and the Office of Internal Oversight Services.

The application of inflation and other cost adjustments to the 2006 2007 estimates (expressed at 2004 2005 rates) results in a recosting of these estimates to 2006 2007 rates.

Under the cost sharing arrangements, it is estimated that approximately one half of external audit costs are expended on the audit of administrative operations and one half on investment operations.

It should be noted that cost plans are budgets that reflect approved estimates of field office requirements.

Deployment travel is calculated at an average one way cost of 1,000 per person, and ration costs are based on 8.89 per person day for food and 5.78 per person day for water.

In addition, in calculating its losses, Iran does not make allowance for the fact that certain expenses, such as transportation costs, were reduced or not incurred in 1991 because of the decrease in the crops produced.

This amount was inclusive of extrabudgetary costs amounting to 642,400 to be funded by a number of member organizations and comprised 35,671,100 for administrative costs, 43,014,100 for investment costs and 1,443,200 for audit costs.

Among them, the basic toll is 1.75 yuan dwt and mileage toll is 0.05 yuan km dwt.

23.82 The amount of 408,200 provides for anticipated travel and personnel costs based on costs experienced during the period from 2000 to 2003.

For calculating cost changes, up to date rates and standard costs are subsequently applied.

Since October 2000, cumulative costs incurred due to additional storage, demurrage and transport amounted to 10.6 million by February 2005.
