(a) The competent court may proceed to seize any property derived from the crimes mentioned in the preceding article, or resulting from them.

(ii) The movement of proceeds of crime or property derived from the commission of such offences

Give to the orphans their possessions, and do not replace things of your own which are bad with things which are good among theirs, and do not intermix their goods with your own and make use of them, for this is a grievous crime.

And give the orphans their wealth and do not exchange the pure for the foul and do not devour (or use up) their wealth, mixing it with your own this is indeed a great sin.

Give the orphans their property, and do not exchange the corrupt for the good and devour not their property with your property surely that is a great crime.

And give unto the orphans their substance, and substitute not the bad for the good and devour not their substance by adding it to your substance verily that is a great crime.

And give unto orphans their property and do not exchange (your) bad things for (their) good ones and devour not their substance (by adding it) to your substance. Surely, this is a great sin.

And give orphans their properties, and do not substitute the bad for the good. And do not consume their properties by combining them with yours, for that would be a serious sin.

Give orphans their property, and do not exchange the bad for the good, and do not eat up their property by mixing it with your own. This surely is a mighty sin.

Give unto orphans their wealth. Exchange not the good for the bad (in your management thereof) nor absorb their wealth into your own wealth. Lo! that would be a great sin.

And give to the orphans their properties and do not substitute the defective of your own for the good of theirs . And do not consume their properties into your own. Indeed, that is ever a great sin.

Give to the orphans their property. Do not exchange the pure for the filthy and do not spend the property of orphans along with your own this would be a great sin.

And give to the orphans their property, and do not substitute worthless (things) for (their) good (ones), and do not devour their property (as an addition) to your own property this is surely a great crime.

Give the orphans the possessions that belong to them, do not exchange good things with bad and do not consume their property, adding it to your own. Surely, this is a great crime.

To orphans restore their property (When they reach their age), nor substitute (your) worthless things for (their) good ones and devour not their substance (by mixing it up) with your own. For this is indeed a great sin.

(e) Proceeds of crime shall mean any property derived from or obtained, directly or indirectly, through the commission of an offence

The instrument covers three categories of crimes crimes against the person, crimes against property and types of (transnational) organized crime.

(a) (i) The conversion or transfer of property, knowing that such property is the proceeds of crime, for the purpose of concealing or disguising the illicit origin of the property or of helping any person who is involved in the commission of the predicate offence to evade the legal consequences of his or her action

(a) The conversion or transfer of property, knowing that such property is the proceeds of crime, for the purpose of concealing or disguising the illicit origin of the property or of assisting any person who is involved in the commission of the predicate offence to evade the legal consequences of his or her actions

(e) Proceeds of crime shall mean any property derived from or obtained, directly or indirectly, through the commission of an offence

2. On receipt of a request for sharing confiscated proceeds of crime or property made in accordance with the provisions of this article, the Party where confiscated proceeds of crime or property are located shall share with the other Party such proceeds of crime or property, as set out in article 3 of this Agreement.

The Party transferring the proceeds of crime or property assumes no liability or responsibility for the proceeds of crime or property once they have been transferred and relinquishes all right or title to and interest in the transferred proceeds of crime or property.

Finally, category 4 gathers persons who committed offences against property.

In determining the amount to transfer, the Party holding the confiscated proceeds of crime or property may include any interest and appreciation that has accrued on the confiscated proceeds of crime or property and may deduct reasonable expenses incurred in investigations, prosecution or judicial proceedings leading to the confiscation of the proceeds of crime or property.

(a) (i) The conversion or transfer of property, knowing that such property is the proceeds of crime, for the purpose of concealing or disguising the illicit origin of the property or of helping any person who is involved in the commission of the predicate offence to evade the legal consequences of his or her action

Article 31 of the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency Act states No entity or individual shall sell or rent to minors any reading matter, video products or electronic publications liable to incite said minors to commit offences, or glorifying violence, sexuality, gambling, terrorist activity or other behaviour harmful to young persons' physical or mental health.

6. (a) If proceeds of crime have been transferred or converted into other property, such property shall be liable to the measures referred to in this article instead of the proceeds

In terms of property crime, the police recorded rates are low, but crime victimization surveys indicate that only 14 per cent of victims of property crime actually reported the relevant incident to the police, the lowest rate of reporting in the world.

2. On receipt of a request for sharing confiscated proceeds of crime or property made in accordance with the provisions of this article, the Party where confiscated proceeds of crime or property are located shall consider, in consultation with the other Party, whether to share such proceeds of crime or property, as set out in article 3 of this Agreement.

It was suggested that broader categories, such as those of violent crimes, property crimes and economic crimes, might be used.

5. Income or other benefits derived from proceeds of crime, from property into which proceeds of crime have been transformed or converted or from property with which proceeds of crime have been intermingled shall also be liable to the measures referred to in this article, in the same manner and to the same extent as proceeds of crime.

And do not consume each other's wealth in vain, nor offer it to men in authority with intent of usurping unlawfully and knowingly a part of the wealth of others.

And do not unjustly devour the property of each other, nor take their cases to judges in order that you may wrongfully devour a portion of other peoples property on purpose.

Consume not your goods between you in vanity neither proffer it to the judges, that you may sinfully consume a portion of other men's goods, and that wittingly.

And devour not your riches among yourselves in vanity, nor convey them unto the judges that ye may devour thereby a portion of other people's riches sinfully while ye know.

And eat up not one another's property unjustly (in any illegal way e.g. stealing, robbing, deceiving, etc.), nor give bribery to the rulers (judges before presenting your cases) that you may knowingly eat up a part of the property of others sinfully.

And do not consume one another s wealth by unjust means, nor offer it as bribes to the officials in order to consume part of other people s wealth illicitly, while you know.

Do not usurp one another's property by unjust means nor offer it to the judges so that you may devour knowingly and unjustly a portion of the goods of others.
