The Movement continues to be concerned at the lack of real progress in the implementation of the road map more than two years since its adoption.

Standards implementation remains the road map for the short term but also for the long term.

The Road Map had not yet succeeded in bringing peace to the region.

Now we should take advantage of that positive dynamic to launch a genuine peace prospect based on the road map, which continues to be the essential framework in this matter.

Ending the construction and dismantling those settlements are obligations under the road map, which is and remains the indisputable point of reference for carrying out the peace process.

The road map for national and international action is very clear.

The construction of the barrier is a unilateral act not in keeping with the road map.

The Committee states that it has been encouraged by renewed efforts of the international community to revitalize the road map, to facilitate the dialogue between the parties and to implement their commitments under the road map.

The road map for peace in the Middle East needs to be implemented fully and urgently.

Thirdly, and in parallel with the aforementioned, it is necessary to return to negotiations and begin urgently the implementation of the road map, which lies at the heart of making political progress and is the path to a resolution of the conflict.
