The difficulty of enforcing these agreements may in fact facilitate their conclusion.

So, I imagine, that some of the agreements will be better than others from that point of view.

Some typical provisions of such agreements and notable features of specific agreements are described below.

Some agreements such as the Canada EU agreement provide that such requests for waivers must be made.

These solutions should be in accordance with the letter and spirit of the Linas Marcoussis and Accra III Agreements whose full and unconditional implementation is a matter of great urgency.
