13. The following paragraphs summarize the financial results for the biennium. As in previous accounting periods, UNRWA accounts will be published in summary form, highlighting the Agency s financial results for 1996 1997.

Figure I, annex III compares the actual results for 2004, the projections in the financial plan for 2004 and the 2003 results.

The auditor, having reviewed the transactions and operations over that period, was satisfied that the annual financial statements gave a true and fair view of the net assets, financial position and results of operations of the Tribunal in accordance with principles of proper accounting and with the Financial Regulations of the United Nations, which were applied mutatis mutandis.
