The Nepalese Constitution banned discrimination on grounds of religion, race, gender, cast or ideological conviction and protected the most vulnerable members of society, such as women, children and old people.

These ways and means are based on article 14 of the Bulgarian Constitution, which states that The family, motherhood and childhood shall enjoy the protection of the State and society .

According to article 142 of the constitution, the Council of Representatives shall form, at the beginning of its work , a committee from its members to represent the key components of Iraqi society.

Ms. Druviete (Latvia) said that the general principle of equality and the prohibition of discrimination was included in the Latvian Constitution and provided the foundation for Latvia's Society Integration Programme (2001).
