The Committee on Contributions is a subsidiary organ of the General Assembly consisting of 18 members appointed by the Assembly in their individual capacity.

The Committee may establish one or more working groups, each comprising no more than five of its members, and may designate one or more rapporteurs to make recommendations to the Committee and to assist it in any manner in which the Committee may decide.
