F. The National Council of the Judiciary

Under the Transitional Constitution, the Judicial Service Commission oversees the administration of justice, guarantees the independence of the judiciary, and serves as the highest disciplinary authority.

The administration of justice is the responsibility of the judicial authority, which is composed of the Courts of Justice established by the Organic Law of the Judiciary the district and local courts, the appeals courts and the Supreme Court of Justice.
