Some action plans, such as those adopted by FAO and UNDP, are expressly linked to overall corporate planning processes, workplans and budgets.

(a) Programme of work

Its medium term plan focused on areas that were crucial to stability and mapped out its priorities.

If there were a willingness to agree on the elements of a programme of work, the agenda would almost certainly be treated as flexible enough to accommodate it.

With those two projects, all improvements to UNRWA s health infrastructure in the West Bank planned and implemented under PIP were completed.

In addition to the fact that its primary education programmes were underfunded, UNRWA did not have the resources for a programme of secondary education.

The 2004 session was convened and hosted by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The agenda and programme of work of the session are contained in annex I.

The 1998 UNDP Strategic Plan is based on the strategic agenda set by the UNDP 2001 initiative.

The recommendations of the conference would be reflected in the Agency's Medium Term Plan for 2005 2009 and its budget preparation processes.

1.15 Working within the parameters of its mandate, UNRWA has developed its own strategic plan widely known as the Medium Term Plan (MTP) for the period 2005 2009.

Of course, this is for the programme of work as far as the items on the agenda are concerned.

Because of this focus and UNDP apos s past work, there is convergence between the Convention apos s goals and the development agenda of UNDP, thus making UNDP an important partner in supporting the implementation of the CCD.
