Highly focused investment forums and other high visibility events are planned by and in cooperation with the network in order to increase the flow of investment and technology into developing countries.

Infrastructure projects require extensive planning and significant upfront investment.

(a) Regional planning and urban development to achieve a coherent allocation of resources and investments on development

Funding from the regular budget could and must be increased.

In case an enterprise raises funds for a fixed asset investment project, it shall comply with the industrial policies of the state, the provisions concerning industrial planning and proportion of self owned capital and other stipulations.

The investments already made are considerable and should be taken into consideration, maximizing their return on investment, when planning the time frame of a future convergence.
