Another innovative aspect of this Law is that it envisages the criminal liability of legal persons or their equivalent (corporate and mere de facto associations) for offences under Articles 2 and 5 when carried out on their behalf and in the interest of their organs or representatives, and such liability does not exclude the respective individual liability.
