This is so! And for the Taghun (transgressors, disobedient to Allah and His Messenger disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, criminals, etc.), will be an evil final return (Fire),

All This. But the transgressors will have a miserable return.

All this (is for the God fearing). But for the transgressors, an evil resort awaits them

This (is for the righteous). And lo! for the transgressors there with be an evil journey's end,

This will be for the righteous , and as for the rebellious there will surely be a bad destination

All of this but, for the proud there is an ill return.

This is so . But indeed, for the transgressors is an evil place of return

However, the rebellious ones will have the worst place to return.

This (shall be so) and most surely there is an evil resort for the inordinate ones

But the arrogant will have the worst return

Yea, such! but for the wrong doers will be an evil place of (Final) Return!

Saying Alas the woe, we were iniquitous.

They said, Woe to us we were indeed rebellious.

They said, 'Woe, alas for us! Truly, we were insolent.

They said woe Unto us! verily we! we have been arrogant.

They said Woe to us! Verily, we were Taghun (transgressors and disobedient, etc.)

They said, Woe to us we were indeed domineering.

They said Woe to us! We had indeed transgressed.
