Accordingly, the Government of Argentina has attached, as annexes, copies of the note of 20 April 2005 addressed to the President of the Council of the European Union and note No. 34 of the same date addressed to the President of the European Commission, which reaffirm its position to the European institutions.

The Bureau held periodic meetings with representatives of Luxembourg, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Austria, in their capacity as holders of the Presidency of the European Union, on furthering cooperation between the Committee and those three members of the European Union.

As noted in paragraph 2 of the memorandum, the formal credentials issued by the President of the European Commission had also been submitted for the representatives of the European Community.
