(c) To approve legislative decrees, emergency decrees and the other decrees and decisions provided for by the Constitution and the law.

The Act contains two types of prohibition

Requires a search warrant.

Political crimes not covered by the Decree Law on the Court s jurisdiction

Various of these provide for corporal punishment.

(b) To approve such legislative decrees and emergency decrees as may be issued by the President of the Republic, and bills, decrees and decisions as provided for by law

Decree No. 94 041 of 2 February 1994 established the conditions for the implementation of this Ordinance.

The Combating of Domestic Violence Act (Act 4 of 2003) in a nutshell provides for

Promulgated in 1961, the Judiciary Act makes no distinction between women and men.

Decree No. 75 of 27 February 1969 establishing the basic statutes of the Ministry of Health

Act No. 1 of 2005 on bank reorganization, currency, and credit provides that the customs authority must perform its functions as required by article 50 of the Act, which stipulates that customs officers shall have the authority to exercise the powers conferred on them under the Customs Act.

Section 21 of the Act provides details of directives that may be given by the court in making a freezing of assets order.

The decree law sets forth the principle of a prohibition of such exports.

Such action will be taken under the summary proceeding and will not preclude the institution of the action of amparo, as provided for by the Constitution and consonant with Act No. 16.986, for whose application the National Code of Civil Procedure provides in article 321 for a streamlined procedure.

However, the Third and Final Transitional Provision of Legislative Decree No. 688 eliminated the increment for 25 years of service for those workers and employees whose employment contracts began after the legislative decree had entered into force.

Article 16 of the same Decree stipulates that family benefits shall be paid to the mother.

The Offence against Property (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979, provides for amputation of the hand for theft.

A presidential decree provided for the establishment of nursery schools in the workplace and in communities.

Protection Orders section 4 of the Act provides that any person can make an application for a protection order personally in a domestic relation .

138. The provisions of the Trade Union Ordinance including those relating to the right to strike do not apply to judicial officers and members of the armed forces.

The Special Rapporteur was informed by the German authorities that the ban was based on the provisions of the legislation on aliens and that the courts would have to decide whether it should be upheld.
