6. The legal profession

Legally women have the same right as men to choose a profession and occupation.

On the lack of public knowledge about human rights and the law, the National Gender Policy has a special commitment to encourage women to be recruited in the legal profession.

Training in human rights law should be given to all judges, law enforcement officers and members of the legal profession.

They brought with them a wealth of knowledge from different legal systems and expertise in international human rights, humanitarian and criminal law.

The International Human Rights Law Group (the Law Group) is a non profit organization of human rights and legal professionals engaged in advocacy, litigation and training around the world.

The right to strike of career military personnel and authorized Ministry of the Interior officials is regulated by a separate law.

Such efforts should be aimed at the general public and especially at public officials, the judiciary and the legal profession.
