65. The Office of the Chief of Service supervises, manages and organizes the work of the Mission Planning Service, which comprises the Generic Planning Unit, the Mission Development Unit, the Rapidly Deployable Mission Headquarters and the Standby Arrangements Unit.

This recommendation is made in recognition of the increased responsibilities assigned to the Chief of the Information Systems Unit and the Chief of the Information Technology Operations Unit.
