Parents' responsibilities with regard to guardianship, wardship, trusteeship and adoption of children are fairly shared in the revised Civil Code.

The law requires accountability.

The regulations stipulate that the system of lifelong accountability for ecological environmental damage shall be implemented.

A Directive on the Duty to Accommodate will set out requirements at a more operational level than the policy.

368. Article 22 of the Peruvian Constitution states that employment is a right and a duty.

The responsible State may not rely on the provisions of its internal law as justification for failure to comply with its obligations under this part.
