The agreement was approved by the Norwegian Ministry of Industry and Energy on 3 March 1995.

3. On 31 March 1998, I was informed by the Registrar that, on 12 March 1998, the Tribunal confirmed the approval of the Agreement at its fifth session.

These initiatives have resulted in action by the high level meeting of the Consultative Committee on Administrative Questions (CCAQ) held on 9 February 1998, the Ad Hoc Inter Agency Meeting on Security held from 17 to 19 March 1998, and the Administrative Committee on Coordination (ACC), which met also in March 1998.

At the United Nations Road Safety Collaboration meeting, held in March 2005, this proposal was also agreed to.

Under the Lisbon Protocol of March 1995, local authority associations assumed a major role in preparations for the Habitat II Conference.

3. The Council considered the question of the implementation of the agreed conclusions of the 1995 coordination segment of the Council (agenda item 3 (b)) at its 23rd, 31st, 35th, 47th, 51st and 52nd meetings, on 3, 11, 16, 24 and 26 July 1996.

3. The joint operation of ITC by GATT and UNCTAD was approved by the General Assembly in resolution 2297 (XII) of 12 December 1967 and by the Contracting Parties to GATT.

At its closing meeting on 24 June 2005, the Meeting of Experts adopted by consensus its Report (BWC MSP 2005 MX 3).

Pre Congress consultations will take place at 3 p.m. on 17 April 2005 in Plenary Hall 1.

The Parties to any such agreement shall notify the secretariat of the terms of the agreement on the date of deposit of their instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, or subsequently, in any event five years before the expiry of the period mentioned in Article 3.
