(a) Production and production capacity

The programmes are implemented in all areas of culture through cooperation with cultural institutions in the country and abroad, and through active participation in numerous co production exercises.

Indigenous cultural heritage means both tangible and intangible creations, manifestations and production consisting of characteristic elements of the cultural heritage developed and maintained by an indigenous people, or indigenous individuals if the creation reflects the traditional literary, artistic or scientific expectation of the people.

We will also create a fund, financed through voluntary contributions from member States, to promote the joint production of high quality cultural television programmes, as well as training for professionals.
