Arab women today constitute about 4 of all women in the civil labor force in Israel.

Force them to labor! Take their women!

In the labor sector the discrimination of women reveals itself in several ways.

Women who have completed secondary or tertiary education are more likely to enter and remain in the labor market than their less educated counterparts. The broader question is whether women have the same opportunities as men to participate in labor markets in the first place. In other words, are women empowered to contribute fully to global economic growth and prosperity?

The inter entity cooperation of women Trade Union organizations is important in the field of education and research of position of women at the labor market, in Trade Unions and in public life.
